Shipping policy
Since our products are made fresh to order, orders generally leave our facility within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. (Shipping dates exclude Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays; If you place an order on one of these days, your order will be processed and shipped the next available business day.) When you select your shipping method, you will be provided various shipping speed options.


Exceptions:

Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or foreign addresses.

Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason.

Custom orders have an additional processing time of 2-3 business days to create your order; Any shipping times will be added to this processing time.

Processing time is in addition to your shipping time; Please be aware when considering timelines for order arrival.

Please be aware that orders over $300 have a shipping time of 3-4 days.
